3. Do you have CE/EPA ceritificate ?

We have made many ceritificates and we assisted our customers got the CE/EPA ceritificates. So if you need to made the ceritificates, we have enough experience to assist you complete. As being a professional OEM manufactuer, we do OEM customers bikes, so the customers make their OEM bikes CE/EPA by themself.

You can send us your bike's pictures and spare parts dimensions. We have widely and powerful stock systems to meet your need.

6. Can you offer the price list to me ?

7. Why the promotion products price is low ? it's that have quality problems ?

The promotion products are the same as the new products, we will cover the QC, the warranty and service.

8. Products price problem ?

We have doing this business for several years, our price was acceptable by customers. Our price maybe different from others, but the service & the upgrade parts we offer to customers bring more profit than they had paid.

9. Can I use my own logo ?

Yes. We can put your logo on the bikes or parts depend on the quantity order.

10. Can you OEM and ODM my bikes ?

Yes, OEM and ODM are welcomed. Depending on the job difficulty and quantity pricing varies.

11. What is the minimum quantity order ?

Please don't worry about the quantity order, we welcome the cooperators from all over the world.

12. May I mix my container order ?

Yes.2 models for 20FT container .3 models for 40FT and 40 HQ container.

13. What are the acceptable payment methods ?

Acceptable payment methods is T/T.

Parts order:

Less Euro3225€, payment is 100%.

More than Euro3225€, payment is 30% deposit and 70% before shippment.

Sample Bikes:

OEM sample bikes, payment is 40% deposit and 60% before shippment.

Not OEM sample bikes, payment is 30% deposit and 70% before shippment.

Container:

OEM container bikes, payment is 40% deposit and 60% before shippment.

Not OEM container bikes, payment is 30% deposit and 70% before shippment.

14. What's your Warranty ?

We will QC all our products before send to customers. If customers find the products which from our company have quality problem. (It does not including all the faults/defects due to the bad use of the bike or by the customer's faults) , we will replacement the failure products. But this warranty does not cover the products which we had mentioned to customers that maybe have problems.

15. How much of the shipping cost if I order products ?

16. Can I use CHP's Forwarder Company to do my shipping ?

Depending on the port of delivery, price vary. You may use our forwarder for your shipping needs. Please inform us in advance If you want to use your shipping forwarder.

17. What is the production and delivery time ?

Production is from 25 to 30 days, depending upon the high demand of our products.

18. How do I know the products are in right situation when I get them ?

We will inspect & test every bike after the assemble work. then our engineers will take off the bikes and packing them. Please see the packing pictures. We will make sure that customers can assemble the bikes easy and ride it without test.

19. How to insure the packing won't damage during the loading and transportation ?

Please see the packing pictures.

A, all the bikes packing are Iron frame + Carton.

B, There will have a chipboard Between the Carton .
